Digital-Magicians was an idea given birth by Andrew Waterman, David Parker and some cool friends. Andrew had been retouching photos of movie stars and celebrities until he retired in 2003. . His passion for the art of retouching didn't subside after retirement and his friends convinced him to offer the general public the joy of seeing a treasured photo given new life. Andrew still manages a few clients around the world. Pete Waterman is the Chief Executive Officer in the Los Angeles office. David is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Portland OR. office. He has been involved in the Hair and Beauty industry for over 30 years and brings his talent of Portrait imaging and design to make a superior team. The result: Digital-Magicians!
